The Property Maintenance Ministry: Stewarding Our Physical Resources
The Property Maintenance Ministry is responsible for the diligent and faithful oversight of all physical assets belonging to Midstream Methodist Church, including the main buildings, grounds, and all equipment. Our mission is to ensure that our facilities are safe, aesthetically pleasing, and fully functional for all worship, ministry, and community activities.
This includes coordinating all scheduled maintenance, managing necessary repairs, overseeing landscaping, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations. We handle both planned infrastructure improvements and immediate repair needs, operating proactively to prevent issues before they disrupt the life of the church.
Ultimately, this ministry acts as a dedicated steward of the valuable physical resources entrusted to the church, providing a welcoming and reliable environment where God’s ministry can flourish without distraction.
Key Benefits of the Property Maintenance Ministry

- Cultivates Hospitality: Presents a tidy, well-cared-for campus and grounds, which serves as a visible sign of welcome and reverence for all members and newcomers.
