The Ladies’ Fellowship is more than just a meeting; we are a community of Prayer Warriors and a vital extension of the church’s ministry. Our heart is to do everyday life together, building a connected community that stands in the gap for one another. We aim to create a sisterhood that reflects the light and love of Christ within our families while making a meaningful impact in the wider Midstream community.
We welcome women from diverse backgrounds—mothers, professionals, widows, wives, singles, and divorcees—to embrace one another, recognize each other’s strengths, and use those gifts to further God’s kingdom.
Our Mission and Vision
Our goal is to build, support, empower, and encourage one another. We strive to create a conducive, safe, and inclusive space for engagement where every woman can belong — with Christ firmly as our cornerstone.
What We Do
We have moved towards a streamlined approach that prioritizes connection, spiritual growth, and meaningful friendship.
- Empowering Events & Sessions: We host regular gatherings covering a wide range of relevant topics. These sessions are two-pronged: some are led by women within our own fellowship, while others feature external keynote speakers. Topics have included Human Trafficking, Online Sexual Exploitation, the Impact of Social Media on Families, Parenting, and Mastering Relationships, alongside lighter themes like “Celebrating Being You.”
- Standing in the Gap: A common thread through everything we do is our commitment to uplift one another through prayer. We support each other through life’s highs and lows, celebrating milestones together and offering strength during health challenges or big life changes.
- Community & Fundraising: Beyond our meetings, we actively reach out to other women in the church and support various fundraising initiatives to help our community thrive.
