What Happens at Alpha?

Each session includes food, a short talk, and a discussion at the end where you can share your thoughts. The talks are designed to encourage debate and explore the basics of the Christian faith in a friendly, honest, and informal environment.

• Connect: It all starts with connection. We begin with a meal or refreshments, giving you a chance to get to know others in the Midstream community.

• Watch: We watch a compelling episode on a question of faith—engaging videos that are designed to inspire conversation.

• Discuss: The small groups are the heart of Alpha. This is your chance to share your thoughts and hear from others in an honest, judgment-free zone.
